I have Shared a healthy VENDAKKAI FRY/BHINDI FRY (click here ) recipe with you......

RECIPE NOTE:

Bhindi or Vendakkai fry is a recipe in which the vegetable is slit into four and stuffed with some spice powder. Usually bhindi is said to be added in day to day menu It is also said that it helps in improving memory.
Bhindi can be used in many ways ,but it is usually disliked because of its stickines. But its because of which te vegetable is more healthy.
People suffering from joints pain are highly recommended to use it. Making the regular poriyal or gravy with it would be boring. I have tried a simple fish fry style Bhindi /Vendakkai fry here.

PANEER BUTTER MASALA

PANEER BUTTER MASALA   Greetings!!!!! Welcome to FEAST FOR YOUR TUMMY's blog page. Best Homemade food is always a FEAST FOR YOUR TUMMY. I have Shared a simple PANEER BUTTER MASALA recipe (GO TO RECIPE) with you...... RECIPE NOTE: Paneer is a fresh cheese common in the Indian subcontinent. It is an unaged, non-melting soft cheese made by curdling milk with a fruit- or vegetable-derived acid, such as lemon juice. Its acid-set form, (cheese curd) before pressing, is called chhena. Paneer is prepared by adding food acid, such as lemon juice, vinegar, citric acid or dahi (yogurt), to hot milk to separate the curds from the whey. The curds are drained in muslin or cheesecloth and the excess water is pressed out. The resulting paneer is dipped in chilled water for 2–3 hours to improve its texture and appearance. From this point, the preparation of paneer diverges based on its use and regional tradition. FOR MORE : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paneer   I have shared a Panneer B...

RECIPE NAME : HOME MADE MAYONNAISE RECIPE TYPE : SIDE DISH NO.OF. SERVING : 2 PREP TIME : 10 MINS BRIEF RECIPE : VERSION 1 IN MIXER - MILK - OIL -SALT - PEPPER -LEMON JUICE. Greetings !!!!!! WELCOME TO MY PAGE !!!!! NOTE ABOUT THE RECIPE: Mayonnaise, known as mayo is basically a sauce or can also be used as dip for french fries, nachos. It can also be used as a dressing for sandwiches, burgers etc. The origin of Mayonnaise is Spain and France. A traditional Mayonnaise is made from raw eggs, vinegar and olive oil. The basic ingredients are added in a bowl and using a whisk its beaten for a specific time because of which some emulsification happens and it forms a thick consistency. As there is a saying that raw eggs are not so good for consuming, In this recipe we have replaced egg with milk. A home made product is always a right pick. Made this Mayonnaise with the left over milk and it turned out to be a success.  I used it as a dressing for the veg...
