I usually surf around often and the latest of it is my youtube journey. I love watching you tube videos.

Through one of that video I got an idea about blogs. Thinking on what I could do with this blog , this lockdown gave me a chance to explore my cooking skills. Yes, cooking is my passion . I love cooking. Trying new stuffs has been an hobby since childhood.

I started this blog, where I could share my cooking skills and ideas. I wish I would be able to fulfill your search desire and help you find a good recipe.  Will be posting more and more different recipes from different cuisines.

PANEER BUTTER MASALA

PANEER BUTTER MASALA   Greetings!!!!! Welcome to FEAST FOR YOUR TUMMY's blog page. Best Homemade food is always a FEAST FOR YOUR TUMMY. I have Shared a simple PANEER BUTTER MASALA recipe (GO TO RECIPE) with you...... RECIPE NOTE: Paneer is a fresh cheese common in the Indian subcontinent. It is an unaged, non-melting soft cheese made by curdling milk with a fruit- or vegetable-derived acid, such as lemon juice. Its acid-set form, (cheese curd) before pressing, is called chhena. Paneer is prepared by adding food acid, such as lemon juice, vinegar, citric acid or dahi (yogurt), to hot milk to separate the curds from the whey. The curds are drained in muslin or cheesecloth and the excess water is pressed out. The resulting paneer is dipped in chilled water for 2–3 hours to improve its texture and appearance. From this point, the preparation of paneer diverges based on its use and regional tradition. FOR MORE : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paneer   I have shared a Panneer B...

A traditional Mayonnaise is made from raw eggs, vinegar and olive oil. The basic ingredients are added in a bowl and using a whisk its beaten for a specific time because of which some emulsification happens and it forms a thick consistency. As there is a saying that raw eggs are not so good for consuming, In this recipe we have replaced egg with milk. A home made product is always a right pick. Made this Mayonnaise with the left over milk and it turned out to be a success.  I used it as a dressing for the veg...
