INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- BOILED EGG: 4 (SHELLS REMOVED)
- OIL: 1 TBSP
- GINGER GARLIC PASTE: 1 ½ TSPN
- CHILLI POWDER: 1 ½ TSPN
- TURMERIC POWDER: A PINCH
- CORIANDER POWDER: 1 TSPN
- GARAM MASALA: 1 TSPN
- SALT: AS PER TASTE
- CURRY LEAVES: AS REQUIRED
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Heat a pan and add in oil.
- Once the oil is heated add in the ginger garlic paste and the curry leaves.
- Sauté until the raw smell of ginger garlic paste goes off and then add in the spice powders,salt to it.
- Mix it well for 2-3 secs and then add in the boiled egg to it.
- Keep in medium to low flame for 1-2mins and then flip it over to the other side and wait for a minute or two.
- Now the tasty EGG MASALA ROAST is ready to be served with any type of rice and curry.
