BRIEF RECIPE:

TAKE PAN-OIL-GINGER GARLIC PASTE-CURRY LEAVES-SPICE POWDERS-SALT-EGG-TOAST-SERVE HOT.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
  • BOILED EGG: 4 (SHELLS REMOVED)
  • OIL:  1 TBSP
  • GINGER GARLIC PASTE: 1 ½ TSPN
  • CHILLI POWDER: 1 ½ TSPN
  • TURMERIC POWDER: A PINCH
  • CORIANDER POWDER: 1 TSPN
  • GARAM MASALA: 1 TSPN
  • SALT: AS PER TASTE
  • CURRY LEAVES: AS REQUIRED

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
  • Heat a pan and add in oil.
  • Once the oil is heated add in the ginger garlic paste and the curry leaves.
  • Sauté until the raw smell of ginger garlic paste goes off and then add in the spice powders,salt to it.
  • Mix it well for 2-3 secs and then add in the boiled egg to it.
  • Keep in medium to low flame for 1-2mins and then flip it over to the other side and wait for a minute or two.
  • Now the tasty EGG  MASALA ROAST is ready to be served with any type of rice and curry.
