Let me give you a note about carrot. It is said to be originated from the middle french.
We usually get carrots that are orange in colour. But there are also carrots that are purple, black ,red, white and yellow in color.
Raw carrots contain 88% of water in it. The sweetness in the carrot made it to be used in many recipes such as cakes, puddings,salads etc.....
Carrots are a good source of fiber, which is good for health.
A baby carrot comes from a large carrot that is being rolled over blades and cut short with round endedbaby carrot.
The first carrot was cultivated in Afghanistan in 900 AD says history.

IN A BLENDER-ADD CHOPPED CARROT-GINGER-WATER-MILK-SUGAR.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
JUST A TIP CORNER:
To this we can add in some mint leaves for a fresh feel.
Adding ginger to it will aid in digestion and helps in weight loss.
- CARROT - 5 ( chopped roughly)
- MILK- 1/2 cup
- SUGAR-4 tbspn
- WATER- 1 cup
- GINGER -1 small piece
- ICE CUBES -AS REQUIRED
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- In a blender , add in the carrot, ginger and some water to it and blend well.
- Again to it add in little more water and blend smooth.
- To it add in the milk and sugar, give it pulse.
- Strain out the juice from the blend carrot paste.
- FRESH HOME MADE CARROT JUICE IS READY TO BE SERVED.
- In a GLASS add in some ice cubes and pour in the juice to it.
