TAKE FULL FAT BOILED MILK-BOIL 5 MINS-ADD BADAM MIX-STIR UNTIL THICK-GARNISH-SERVE CHILLED.
INGREDIENTS:
- FULL FAT MILK - 2CUPS (BOILED)
- SUGAR -3 TBSPN (OR AS PER TASTE)
- READY MADE BADAM MIX POWDER - 2 TBSPN
- PISTA - CHOPPED (OPTIONAL)
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- In a heavy bottomed pan, add in the boiled milk.
- Boil it for 10 mins , collecting the malai to the sides of the pan.
- Now add in the instant badam mix powder to it, stir well so that no lumps are formed.
- To it add the sugar (as per taste/ mentioned in recipe).
- Boil for 5 mins, the milk turns out to be thicker.
- Put off the stove, Garnish with some chopped pista.
- Serve chilled. Tasty BASUNDI is ready instantly.
