RECIPE NOTE:
Noodles are a type of food that is made from dough made of flour which is rolled stretched and then cut into strips. They are then refrigerated and dried.
As we all know the origin of NOODLES is china. There are many kinds of noodles available now.
In this recipe I have used the CHINESE NOODLES that is store bought.
Made this recipe during this lockdown when we are not allowed to go out to have any sort of food.
Was craving to have a chicken noodles but was short of ingredients for the actual recipe. So ended up making this MASALA NOODLES.
Trust me it turned out well, fullfilling the craving for noodles.

TAKE PAN-OIL/BUTTER/GHEE-FENNEL SEEDS-GARLIC-GINGER-GREEN CHILLI-ONION-TOMATO-CAPSICUM-SPICE POWDERS-TOMATO SAUCE-CHILLI SAUCE-SALT-NOODLES.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- NOODLES - 1 PACKET (STORE BOUGHT CHINESE NOODLES)
- ONION -1 LARGE SIZED (CHOPPED)
- TOMATO-1 LARGE SIZED (CHOPPED)
- CAPSICUM-1 (CHOPPED)
- OIL/BUTTER/GHEE-1 TBSPN
- TOMATO SAUCE-1 TBSPN
- CHILLI SAUCE-1 TBSPN
- GARLIC CLOVES-4 (FINELY CHOPPED)
- GINGER - 1 INCH (FINELY CHOPPED)
- GREEN CHILLI -1 LONG (FINELY CHOPPED)
- FENNEL SEEDS -1 TSPN
- TURMERIC POWDER- 1/2 TSPN
- CHILLI POWDER-1 1/2 TSPN
- GARAM MASALA -1/2 TSPN
- PEPPER POWDER-1/2 TSPN
- SALT- AS PER TASTE
DEATILED RECIPE:
PRE -PREPARATION:
- In a vessel or pan, add in about 4-5 cups of water. Once the water starts boiling add in the salt and 1 tbspn of oil to it and add in the noodles.
- Let it cook for about 10 mins or until the noodles are done.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- In a pan/ kadai add in oil/butter/ghee. Once it is heated add in the fennel seeds.
- Once it splutters, add in the ginger, garlic and green chillies to it.
- Now add in the onion and fry till transparent.
- Add in the tomatoes and the capsicum to it.
- Saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add in the chilli powder, turmeric powder and the garam masala.
- Add in the tomato sauce and chilli sauce.
- Add in the salt as per taste for the masala. ( ⇒We have already added salt for cooking the noodles)
- Allow it to boil. Once the gravy gets thickened add in the boiled NOODLES to it.
- Simmer the flame and allow to cook for 5 mins.
- Put off the stove add in the pepper powder, give it a mix.
- Yummy NOODLES for YOUR TUMMY is all set to go. Serve it with sauce if needed!!!!A
