TAKE A MILK POT-WATER-TEA POWDER-BOIL-ADD MILK-CRUSHED INGREDIENTS-BOIL-SUGAR-SERVE HOT.

You can have this MASALA CHAI/TEA if you are suffering from cold or if you have a sour throat.
TAKE A MILK POT-WATER-TEA POWDER-BOIL-ADD MILK-CRUSHED INGREDIENTS-BOIL-SUGAR-SERVE HOT.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- MILK-2 CUPS
- WATER-1 1/2 CUPS
- TEA POWDER- 4 TSPN
- SUGAR- 4 TSPN (adjust as per taste)
- GINGER - 1 INCH
- CLOVES - 2
- CINNAMON- 1 SMALL PIECE
- CARDAMOM -2
- PEPPER CORNS -1/2 TSPN
- CORIANDER SEEDS-1/4 TSPN
- MINT LEAVES- 2 OR 3 (optional)
PRE-PREPARATION:
- Crush the ginger, pepper corns, coriander seeds, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom,mint leaves and keep aside.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Take a milk pot or a heavy bottomed pan, Add in the WATER and add the TEA POWDER to it and boil it for 5-7 mins.
- Now add in the MILK to it and add in the CRUSHED ginger, pepper corns, coriander seeds, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom,mint leaves.
- Allow it to boil for 2-3 mins.
- Add in the sugar to it.
- Put off the stove and Let it sit for 2 mins ( so that the smell of the crushed ingredients gets infused).
- Strain it and HAVE THE REFRESHING MASALA CHAI/TEA.
