BRIEF RECIPE:
TAKE PAN-OIL/BUTTER/GHEE-FENNEL
SEEDS-GARLIC-GINGER-GREEN CHILLI- ONION-TOMATO-CAPSICUM-SPICE
POWDERS-TOMATO SAUCE-WATER-TOASTED BREAD-PEPPER POWDER-CORIANDER LEAVES.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- BREAD SLICES - 4-6 (TOASTED and cut into pieces)
- ONION -1 LARGE SIZED(FINELY CHOPPED)
- TOMATO -1 LARGE SIZED(FINELY CHOPPED)
- CAPSICUM -1 (FINELY CHOPPED)
- OIL/BUTTER/GHEE -1 TBSPN
- GARLIC CLOVES -4 (FINELY CHOPPED)
- GINGER - 1 INCH (FINELY CHOPPED)
- GREEN CHILLI - 1 LONG (FINELY CHOPPED)
- FENNEL SEEDS -1 TSPN
- CHILLI POWDER -1 1/2 TSPN
- TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSPN
- GARAM MASALA -1/2 TSPN
- PEPPER POWDER -1/2 TSPN
- TOMATO SAUCE -1 TBSPN
- WATER -2 TBPSN
- CORIANDER LEAVES -FOR GARNISHING
DEATILED RECIPE:
PRE -PREPARATION:
- In a dosa pan add in some butter and toast the bread slices until golden brown and cut them into pieces.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- In a pan/ kadai add in oil/butter/ghee. Once it is heated add in the fennel seeds.
- Once it splutters, add in the ginger, garlic and green chillies to it.
- Now add in the onion and fry till it is soft or transparent.
- Add in the tomatoes and the capsicum to it.
- Saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add in the chilli powder, turmeric powder and the garam masala.
- Add in the tomato sauce and add in the water.
- Allow it to boil. Once the gravy gets thickened add in the bread pieces to it.
- Simmer the flame and allow to cook for 5 mins.
- Put off the stove add in the pepper powder, give it a mix.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Tasty BREAD MASALA is ready to serve.
