Macaroni is a Pasta that is dry and shaped like narrow tubes. It is also called Maccheroni.
Its place of origin is ITALY.The main ingredient is durum wheat.
MACARONI is a comfort food among kids.
Inventor of PASTA:
Its JEFFERSON's DAUGHTER. Jefferson from Italy, brought back a pasta machine.
Fine all set about the details of the food. Lets see the recipe....
Made this MACARONI Pasta which was left back in the shelf for quite a long time.
Wanted to have TASTY pasta suppressing my cravings but was out of all the basic Pasta seasoning.
Thought of trying it out without the seasoning coz... I had no other option!!!!
So here is my simple WHITE SAUCE PASTA RECIPE which is simple yet a very tasty pasta.

BRIEF RECIPE:
Boil pasta's- In a Pan- Add butter- Saute veggie's-salt-pepper-prepare sauce-In pan -add Butter-Maida-Milk-Cheese-Veggie's-Pasta-Chilli Flakes-Pepper-salt-Garnish.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- PASTA - 2 cups
- ONION- 1 medium sized( finely chopped)
- GARLIC - 5 cloves (finely chopped)
- CARROT- 1 medium sized(finely chopped)
- BEANS- 1/2 cup(finely chopped)
- CAPSICUM- 1/2 cup(finely chopped)
- SALT- as per taste
- PEPPER - 1 1/2 tbspn
- CHILLI FLAKES-1 1/2 tbspn
- MAIDA- 2 tbspn
- MILK- 1/2 cup
- BUTTER- 2 tbspn
- CHEESE-1/2 cup grated
- WATER- required for boiling pasta
Detailed Recipe:
PRE-PREPARATION:
- In a pan add in water, bring to a boil.
- Add in the Pasta to it.
- Add some salt and oil to it.
- Let it cook for about 9-12 mins.
- Once it is cooked, drain the water.
- Pour some oil on top so that they don't stick to themselves.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- In a pan, add in butter (1 tbspn).
- Once the butter melts add in the chopped Garlic to it.
- Add in the finely chopped Onions to it and cook till they are translucent.
- To it add in the chopped carrots, beans and capsicum and saute for about 3-5 mins.
- Now add in the salt and pepper needed for the vegetables.
TO PREPARE THE SAUCE:
- In a pan add in some butter (1 tbspn) and wait for it to melt.
- To the melted butter add in the Maida,and saute it.
- Don't allow the flour to turn brown. Keep your flame at the lowest.
- Now to it slowly add in the MILK and keep stirring, so that no lumps are formed.
- Add in some grated cheese to it,keep stirring.
- Add in some salt , chilli flakes and pepper to it.
- You can notice that the sauce is turning out to be thicker.
- Now to it add inn the sauted vegetables and the cooked pasta's.
- Mix well until the PASTA is coated well with the sauce.
- Put off the stove.Garnish with some cheese on top.
- Serve it hot !!!!!

JUST A TIP CORNER:
You can replace Maida with Wheat flour if you want to avoid Maida.
Also milk can be replaced with any kind of milk.(If you wish for)
