The white pulp inside the tender coconut is the pulp, known as the coconut meat. Usually this meat is consumed just raw. A very tender pulp tastes really yummy.
But with this coconut meat various recipes can be made.

RECIPE NAME: Tender Coconut Milkshake

BRIEF RECIPE:
In a blender - Tender Coconut Pulp - Tender Coconut Water -Make Paste - Milk- Cream - Sugar - Ice Cubes- Vannila Essense- Blend - Serve Cold.
INGREDIENTS:
- Tender Coconut Pulp - 1/2 cup
- Tender Coconut Water - 1 cup
- Cream - 2 tbspn (optional)
- Sugar- 5 tbspn ( or as required)
- Ice cubes - as required
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Vannilla Essense- 2-3 drops
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a blender , add in the tender coconut pulp and tender coconut pulp and make it a paste.
- To it add the Milk, cream , sugar, vannilla essense and the ice cubes.
- Blend well until it is creamy and think.
- Add it to a Glass and serve cold.
